• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Domestic (India) delivery: 5–7 business days (may vary by location).

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charge: ₹49.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹299.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.

5. Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability of customer, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and order details.
