RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rudhrakshi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products safely. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Any return request made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible for a return only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered).

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund for damaged items:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

  • The video should clearly show the product condition upon opening.

  • Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Product

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories intact

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return request with a valid unboxing video, we will review it within 24–48 hours.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues (if mentioned clearly on product page)

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Customized or personalized products

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Video proof of unboxing

  • Clear images of the damaged product

8. Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective or wrong, return shipping will be covered by us.
